One address, read by the people who write the pages. Corrections are welcome and are made in the page itself. Account problems are not something this site can do anything about — saying so here is honester than leaving a message unanswered.
The address
It reaches the people who write the pages. Expect a reply within a few working days, from a person rather than a form.
Things worth writing about
An error. The most useful message this site gets. Point to the page and the sentence; a source helps but is not required. Arithmetic errors are fixed quickest, because they can be checked in a minute.
A condition that changed. Bonus terms, withdrawal limits and supported networks change, and nobody tells this site. If a page describes a rule that no longer matches the operator’s terms, saying so is a real contribution — the two that go stale fastest are bonus and wagering and deposits and withdrawals.
A question the site does not answer. If something read as unclear to you, it is unclear on the page. Questions that arrived this way have already added sections to games and RTP.
A copy page you ran into. If you saw a page imitating the sign-in box exactly, send the address. The only thing this site holds against copy pages is explanation: signing in.
What this site cannot do
This is not the operator. It has no account access, sees no balance, cannot release a withdrawal, cannot reverse a bet, cannot restore a session and cannot reopen a closed account. The long version is on about, and it is also the most common reason messages arrive here.
For all of those the only route is the operator’s own support desk, and the document that decides the outcome is their terms.
The commercial side
The commercial side of this site is the buttons it carries, and enquiries about them come to the same address. Two things are fixed and not negotiable: nothing on the editorial pages is for sale, and there is no ranking to enter — because this site does not rank operators.
