A bonus is a multiplication, not a percentage
A bonus is not extra balance; it is balance with a condition attached. How large that condition is comes out of one multiplication, and the multiplication takes a minute. It is done before accepting the offer, not after a withdrawal is refused.
The only competitive tool an unfamiliar site has is its offer. That does not make the offer bad; it means the offer should be read as a price tag rather than as a gift.
The multiplication
A wagering requirement is how many times an amount has to be played through before it can be withdrawn. It is one number, and it turns the rest into something you can work out in your head:

The last row is the one that surprises people. Some operators calculate the requirement on bonus plus deposit; the multiplier does not move and the amount doubles. The wording in the terms is the difference between “bonus” and “bonus and deposit”, and it usually sits inside the same sentence as the multiplier.
The four numbers after the multiplier
The multiplier is only the first. Whether the requirement is reachable at all is decided by the others.
Maximum bet. The per-round ceiling while a bonus is active. Exceeding it once can void the bonus and everything won with it. This is the clause people lose most often, and it is always written as a small amount.
Game contribution. Slots usually count in full; table games count a fraction or nothing. If the game you are playing contributes ten per cent, a ₺35,000 requirement is really a ₺350,000 requirement.
The time limit. Seven, fourteen or thirty days. A seven-day window on a requirement that takes thirty days to clear is a formality, not an offer.
The win cap. Many bonuses have a maximum they can ever pay out, however well things go. It usually sits lower than the other three.

In the contribution section, look for a sentence mentioning a “cashout multiplier”. In crash-style games many operators count only bets cashed out below a certain multiplier — often around 1.50× or 2.00× — or discount the ones above it. The logic is obvious once you see it: without that clause a player could clear a whole requirement in a handful of high rounds.
The practical consequence is that the bonus quietly decides how you play. If your plan was to wait for a high multiplier, the bonus may not count that plan at all. The games themselves are on games and RTP.
Why an active bonus locks a withdrawal
This is the most common complaint about any casino, and it is nearly always the same mechanism: while a bonus is unresolved the whole balance is locked, not just the bonus part. Two ways out — finish the requirement, or cancel the bonus and lose what was won with it. Both in the terms; neither on the banner.

Turn the offer down if you are planning a short session, if you expect to withdraw soon, or if your target multiplier sits above the contribution threshold. On most sites this is one checkbox in the cashier.

Worth more than a one-off bonus
For someone who plays regularly, cashback or rakeback is usually worth more than a welcome bonus: it returns a share of every round, rarely carries a wagering requirement of the same size, and does not lock the balance. It is also an honester comparison, because it is a percentage rather than a headline.
